Windows 11 PC not windows 11 compatiable

I have a PC that was loaded and running Windows 11. Due to software incompatibilities, I down graded the OS to Windows 10. Now the PC is not Windows 11 Compatible due to the CPU not being suitable? What is Microsoft doing. Making more money hand over fist?

    If your device is already running Windows 10, you can use the PC Health Check app to assess compatibility. Note that this app does not check for graphics card or display.
