Can We configure MS defender Vulnerability alert to send email to the specific machine's owner?

Instead of sending out the notification to security team; we handled hundredths of user and we can follow up each of them. can we configure the notification alert to be sent to the specific user so that the user can reach out to IT team to update/patch their laptops for them?

Based on my researching, I find the Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to send email notifications to specified recipients But to the specific machine's owner, I don't find.
