Meu crédito inicial acabou em 12 dias

Quando entrei no Azrure me foi oferecido um crédito inicial / promocional por 30 dias. Dizia ainda que eu poderia ter mais 30 dias se fizesse o Upgrade. Em 12 dias meu crédito foi zerado, atualizei a conta e nada, continou com zero.. Poderiam me esclarecer? Pelo que verifiquei na conta gastei coisa de menos de R$150,00 nesses 10 dias, ou seja, bem menos que os U$200,00 oferecidos no início.

    I suggest you create a support request over here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket/. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.

    FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/plans/

    You can also try https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/options/#support-plans and ideally the “Submit a support ticket” button will work on this page for them as a first step too.
