1-click tasks populating with the name of my story in Azure DevOps

Question

I deleted my old task templates for my team and added new ones. Now when I hit 1-click to add the tasks to the story ALL of the tasks are renamed to the same name as my story and the name in the template. I can't find an answer anywhere to fix this issue.
