Didn't Received the refundable fee in the exam

it's been two weeks since I finished my DP 900 exam. To book the exam I had to pay a refundable amount. But yet didn't receive the amount in my bank account. Can I claim the amount for another DP 900 exam? why is it takes so long to deposit my bank account?
