M365 profile migration issue

Hi All,

we are doing forest[ab.local] to forest[cd.local] migration of users and computers. while doing the computer migration using ADMT tool, when we complete the computer migration and login after restart with same user then user is unable to use any M365 application. after doing the troubleshoot we came to know that systems gets disjoined from Azure AD automatically as we don't see user email ID under settings => accounts => Access work or School.

environment is in Hybrid mode. Local active directory forest with M365 E5.

Let me know if anyone faced the same issue or know the solution for it.

your kind help will be highly appreciated.

    Thank you for your question and reaching out.

    ADMT is out of support and not supported for newer version of Windows 10/11.

    Modern apps don't start for a user who uses a migrated user profile : Solution: After you complete the migration, uninstall the modern apps, and then reinstall them from the Windows Store.

    Please disconnect the computer from Settings => Accounts => Access work or School -> Then add it again.
