We have no administation access to delete the Microsoft-Tenant "aibali.onmicrosoft.com" linked with "aiba.li". Unfortunately, a former employee unknowingly set this up and is no longer with the company or information is not available to the management level.

How can we proceed in this case?

    Hi,

In this case you will need to call up Microsoft support desk - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

For this you will need to provide proof of ownership of your domain, some valid ID and mail address to verify that you own the tenant.
