I am trying to create some videos in PowerPoint (Standard 2019). Every video I have tried to create, with an audio background, has an audible "pop" every 20 seconds in the video.

I have tried saving and exporting the videos, same results

I have tried creating them as WMVs and MP4s, same results

I have tried different songs, same results

I have tried different computers, same results

I have tried inserting the audio as WAV, WMA, and MP3, same results

I have tried short (1 minute), medium (3 minutes), and long (5 minutes) videos, same results

I have tried compressing and optimizing the videos when saving/exporting them, same results

I have tried safe mode and regular mode, same results

I have tried fixing the installation of PowerPoint, same results

I have tried another computer with PowerPoint 2021, same results

No matter what I do, there is an audible "pop" every 20 seconds in the video.
