Need help on sending mails using Logic App with Outlook activity
We are using a logic app to send mails to outlook using the Send Mail activity , but the mails are not being sent to the recipients .This issue is coming intermittently . Sometimes after sending 4-5 mails , it again stops sending mails. We also tried to limit the number of recipients but could not get much success . It seems to us a throttling issue from the exchange server . But we are not able to check anywhere . Can you tell us how to check the issue and its resolution.
@abhilasha singh Thanks for reaching out. To eliminate the issue from the logic app I will suggest you to verify the sent items of the sender to validate if the message is sent or not. If you can see those emails in the sent items, then this would not be logic app issue and this further needs to be reviewed from the exchange service end. Let me know the result and I will be happy to assist you from logic app end.
: Actually i am also in the recepients list , and none of the recepients are receiving mails . The logic App shows as success, but no mails are coming . It seems that there is a threshold limit on the outlook side . I am not sure how to verify the limit . And how to check the logs , if those messages have not been delivered and what 's the reason for it . Can you please help,
@abhilasha singh If logic app run history shows successful and Send Email action is executed then there would be no issue from the logic app end. Please validate if your Send Email action was successfully executed. In this case this would be further review from the exchange server end. I am not an expert in verifying it from exchange end and I do see exchange tag are already added. Someone from the exchange community will assist you further.
