I couldn't recieve the Onboarding inform but I can create openAI service resourses.

Hello.
This is the problem that I can create openAI Swervice resouses.

It seem to I had already got Azure OpentAI Service onboarding email.

But Actually I can't find it in any email folder.

I want to check the email to confirm my application ID for application of joining waitlist GPT-4.
How do I check this or How Can I recive it again?

    @片平　賢太郎 / katahira kentarou I think the application id is optional in the GPT4 access request form. You could provide other details along with subscription id which can help to process your request for GPT4 access.

    If you want to however retrieve your acknowledgement email from original application request, please search the following subject in your inbox to check the application id in the subject line. It is not deleted by your email client you should be able to find it.
