Issue with renewing certification, "This badge is associated with a different email address".

Question

I am attempting to renew my Office2019: Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Expert certification. My credential ID is: 993418049 . I received this certification through my college last year. So my college set everything up, not me.

Ever email I have mentioning this certification is through my college email address but when I click on the associated links a message pops up saying, "This badge is associated with a different email address." I checked my personal email address but nothing is there relating to this. How do I access my badge so I can renew my certification ?
