According to the official .NET MAUI Shell tabs documentation and my tests, MAUI does not currently provide an interface to modify the style of the menu page that pops up after clicking More.

Even if you use custom styles for Shell Items, they won't take effect for items in the More menu. You could refer to Shell Tabbed App - can't change color for items placed in more items menu #6740 for more details.

Therefore, it is recommended that you supplement your issue in this thread or create a new thread to make our product group aware of this need.

According to the comparison table of Handler-based views provided by MAUI, there are no handlers that can be used to handle more menus.

Therefore, it is more recommend posting your issue on maui - issues to make our product group aware of this requirement.
