Exam AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals - Error making Submit Order

When submitting the certification in question, I get the following error: "This application has encountered an unexpected problem. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please start over."

I have already changed my browser, cleared cache and coockies and I have already logged into an anonymous session and I still get the same error.
The support team from Pearson VUE and Microsoft fail to solve the problem.

Someone with this error in submit order page?
