Ipads registered in apple school manager and set to intune as MDM. Ipads (shared iPad) enrolled into intune using a supervised profile. Ipads assigned into a group in intune. Configuration profiles and app installation profiles created and assigned to the group. Update policy set to "update to latest" and "update at next check in"
Apps install ok, configuration profiles configure ok but the update policy will not work. Error is 0x87d13c2e (also shown as -2016330706)

@Siya Kumari, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the error code "2016330706", Based on my research, it means installing. It seems the update is installing on the device side. You can go to device side to see if the latest update has been installed. If it is still in installing, we can wait the installation finished and see if the status will be changed.

I found new error code on Intune console for my shared iPad OS update policy as mentioned below:
Can you please look at this error code and let me know the cause as I don't have right to open a support ticket.

@Siya Kumari， Thanks for the reply. For the error code, it maybe that the iOS update failed because there was not enough storage available on the device. Please check if the derive has enough space.

@Crystal-MSFT , where do you find the error codes and their meaning? I tried to search for these codes and sometimes I find a few, but never the right ones. However, you did... ;-)
