Intune managing supervised Ipads, refuse to update error 0x87d13c2e

Ipads registered in apple school manager and set to intune as MDM. Ipads (shared iPad) enrolled into intune using a supervised profile. Ipads assigned into a group in intune. Configuration profiles and app installation profiles created and assigned to the group. Update policy set to "update to latest" and "update at next check in"

Apps install ok, configuration profiles configure ok but the update policy will not work. Error is 0x87d13c2e (also shown as -2016330706)

    @Siya Kumari, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the error code "2016330706", Based on my research, it means installing. It seems the update is installing on the device side. You can go to device side to see if the latest update has been installed. If it is still in installing, we can wait the installation finished and see if the status will be changed.
