MS-Teams Preview Showing an error with an Organisation that I am not a member of

Hi there,

I am trying our MS-TEAMS Preview. Teams now shows an exclamation mark (error notification) for an organisation of which I was a member in 2020 and that does not even exist anymore. In "normal Teams" and in Office 365 administration, this organisation is not shown to me, so that I cannot leave it (again; which I did years back already).

Any solutions? Any ideas where Teams Prev gets this information from?

To help you narrow down this issue, could you provide the screenshot of your error message to us?

Does this issue only happened in Teams preview mode?

Do you have the same issue in Teams web client?

If other users search you in Microsoft Teams, could they search you successfully in your organization?

Hi @JimmyYang-MSFT ,

As I wrote, it only happens in Teams-PRE. Here is a screenshot (there is no error message). While the first organisation (APPLICATTIO Training und..." exist ans works (that is our Teams), the second (APPLICATIO Training &..." does not exist for many years... it is not shown in Teams (other than PRE) and is also not show under organisations in my profile (we are creating under Office 365 E3)... Everything else is working fine, the "wrong organisation" does not affect anything, just makes me wonder...

Public Preview for Microsoft Teams provides early access to unreleased features in Teams. Previews allow you to explore and test upcoming features. We also welcome feedback on any feature in public previews. If this issue is happened for all users, you could send the feedback from here.

thanks again for trying. Of course, I know what a preview is and that it is not perfect... I also reported the issue. I will leave it at that and wait for a solution to be in place in the final version.
