OnVUE program interruption during AZ-204 exam

I took the AZ-204 test (Pearson VUE) at 10 am on May 21, 2023.

There was a screen freeze during the certification test, and then the test screen suddenly closed and ended.

The test window ended and the survey screen appeared, and I was unable to reconnect to the test.

For the reasons above, I request an opportunity to retake the exam.
