Help with authentication code from email

Every time I sign in accounts for a new app I ask for authorization from another email and put in a code but the email it shows is a dead email I have and I can not access but I don’t know how to change it pls help

    Hi,

    Can you try Incognito mode or private browser, clear the cache and try again. If it you have MFA enabled you might be going in the loop and worth checking with Microsoft support desk if you own the account - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2
