Hi there
The “Exception access violation” error is usually related to a memory error and it’s mostly caused by software, but in some cases, this error can be caused by faulty RAM module.
Please uninstall the last update files and check if the issue still persists.
Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Update history > Uninstall updates . View update history.
On the list that appears, locate the update you want to remove, and then select Uninstall next to it.
