Graph API - Create Team or Clone Team - With Tabs - Parts to clone "apps

Question

I'm having issues creating or cloning an existing Team via c#. The team gets created but the Tabs and any apps associated with the Tab do not?

I've tried several different ways. I even tried using the graph explorer and using the quick start app as well, same effect.

I saw in another post back in Jan stating that this issue existed. Is there any alternative way to make this work?
