Data has disappeared from previous calendar bookings

Client has multiple bookings that have been recurring for 3 years - separate one for each day of the week. Only change that has been made is that she changed them from open ended to end date of 21st May. This was done several days ago. Now she is unable to see any data that was saved under those previous bookings. Data such as attendees, health status and what occurred during those "meetings" were saved in each one. The template is still there when you open the meeting but no data. Is there a way of retrieving this as it is fairly critical
