What should I do if one user is unable to connect to my VDI?
I reached out to the Azure Virtual Desktop team and the recommendation in this scenario is to utilize Azure Virtual Desktop Insights to determine what is going on in your Azure Virtual Desktop environment as there are several possible causes for the 0x9735 error code. Using the data that you collect, you'll be able to narrow down the issue that is causing the connection error (and we'd be happy to continue troubleshooting if you are still running into issues--just let us know in the comments and provide additional details from Insights).
