One user can't connect - error code 0x9735

Hi, everyone.

For some reason, everyone can connect to my VDI besides one user on the Remote Desktop app. He receives a message saying that it "couldn't connect" with the error code 0x9735. This happens in more than one computer.

He's able to connect to another VDI from his workplace, but not mine, perhaps some kind of interference?

Any assistance would be of great help, thank you!

    I reached out to the Azure Virtual Desktop team and the recommendation in this scenario is to utilize Azure Virtual Desktop Insights to determine what is going on in your Azure Virtual Desktop environment as there are several possible causes for the 0x9735 error code. Using the data that you collect, you'll be able to narrow down the issue that is causing the connection error (and we'd be happy to continue troubleshooting if you are still running into issues--just let us know in the comments and provide additional details from Insights).
