Azure B2C User Flow - no e-mailadress in registration e-mail

Hi,
i use Azure B2C to register users for my WebApp. I have an Flow type "Sign up and sign in (Standard legacy)". Which sends an e-mail every time a new user is registrated. This worked great until the beginning of this month, like this:
"A new user has registered with the email address user@email.com."
But i get this now every time someone registers:
"A new user has registered with the email address undefined."
Is there an update i missed?
Also how can i edit this e-mail, i want to add the name.
