Azure Active Directoryに登録していたアプリケーションが無くなりました。

対象のアプリケーションは、個人用アカウントからのアプリケーションに属していました。

重要なアプリケーションなので非常に困るのですが、どうしたら解決するでしょうか??

    I don't know why, but the application has been revived, so I will close it.

    I'm glad that you were able to resolve your issue and thank you for posting your solution so that others experiencing the same thing can easily reference this!     As I understand one of the important application which was registered in Azure AD was disappeared. Later it was restored automatically and now you are able to see the application.

    You can check the audit logs of the Azure AD and check if someone had deleted it by mistake and have restored it.

    In case if this happens again in the future, you can check the audit logs of Azure AD and check who is the actor who had deleted the application.
