I lost access to work account after getting fired and can't delete it from Authenticator app

Hello. I was let go from my job a month ago, and without giving me a chance to delete my work account from my authenticator app, they changed my password. Now, I'm stuck with this account in my app that is inaccessible and with no apparent way to delete it. Could anyone help with this?
