Support ticket open for 8 weeks now, what to do?

Annual VS subscription cancelled after 7 months without explanation.

My annual Visual Studio subscription in force till September 2023 was cancelled without explanation in March 2023. I have complete documentation of the annual subscription payment and dates. 8 weeks later my issue is unresolved. The VS subscription team has been stalling saying they are 'working on it'

While it may have a technical cause, it's a business issue for me as Microsoft has violated the subscription terms. I need someone to restore my subscription. Should take one day, not 8 weeks.
