Access denied for the files shared in Teams

One of our users has no permissions on files that are shared on Teams, no matter if it's shared on private chat or on the Teams channel. All of the other members who have the same group as this user has, work without any problem. I checked all the groups he needs to be in, it seems perfectly fine. I suspect this issue arose because the user account was deleted and re-created.

Could you please help me with this?

    Sign into the OneDrive site.

    Select the Setting icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.

    Select OneDrive Settings > More Settings.

    Under Features and storage, select Site Collection Features.

    Locate Limited-access user permission lockdown mode, and then select Deactivate

    Please contact the members of your team who need to share files to disable the "Limited Access User Rights Lock Mode" feature in OneDrive.
