OUTLOOK 2019 takes 55 hours to sync folders. How do I fix?

My message is that outlook is syncing folders and time expected is 55 hours

what do I do to correct this?

    Please try the below troubleshooting:
    1.If you are using Microsoft 365 account, it's suggested that you could try to use the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant, which works by running tests to figure out what's wrong and offers the best solution for the identified problem.

    2.If you configure your account as Exchange, it's suggested that you could turn off Cache Mode and restart Outlook to check if there're any differences.
    3.Considering the impact of some add ins, It is suggested that you try to start outlook in safe mode(win+R>type: outlook /safe) to check whether it works normally.

    4.If this is still the issue in safe mode, it is suggested that you could try to create a new profile(Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) and add the account for testing to check if there are some differences.
