Azure Cognitive services - OpenAI - GPT4 Availability

Question

Hi, we have successfully gained access to Azure OpenAi, however we need to test a custom application that relies on GPT-4 and Azure Cognitive Services - Openai seems the best platform to run it.

We asked 10 days ago the access to GPT4, but the request is still in pending, how can we accelerate the approval process from the waitlist?

We totally understand your use case. The demand for GPT-4 on Azure OpenAI is very high, with many customers and partners applying for access.

However, the team is not taking any prioritization requests through CSS.

The team is gradually onboarding applicants to ensure the best experience for everyone. The goal is to enable all the customers who have applied and have active use cases.
