Hello there,
Unless finding the exact reason it is difficult to troubleshoot BSOD errors.
You have to open the Command Prompt with admin privileges.
In the Command Prompt, you have to copy and paste the below command and hit Enter.
chkdsk /f
Now, the scanning process of your hard disk will get started.
Once it’s done, you will get a report if Windows located any violations.

Answer "Y" and then restart the system. Chkdsk will run before Windows starts.
I doubt the given answer to your question won't be of much help, though. The BSOD you note is usually associated with a (defective) device driver.
You can use the driver verifier program to check each installed driver. Run "verifier" as administrator. Better to check for instructions on-line about running "verifier" before starting.
Running a "sfc /scannow" wouldn't be a bad idea, but I don't think will solve this problem.
Are you sure that "win32full.sys" is the name, and not "win32kfull.sys"?
