CMPivot Client Offline?

Hello,

I am running various query using CMPivot e.g.: Registry('HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Duo Security\DuoCredProv') | where Property == 'FailOpen' | where Value == '1'

the results are:

Query completed on 593 completed of 745 clients (131 clients offline and 1 failures)

I have check the 131 clients offline and they are ONLINE and the ping is working...

What else should I check to see why it is saying "clients offline"?

    Have we checked the Device Online Status for these clients in SCCM console?

    And make sure the Last Online Time is later than the Last Offline Time.1
