While the answer provided by Carlos Solís Salazar is correct, please note that it only applies for subscriptions under the same tenant. The move across subscription under different tenant is not supported. For more details, see Prerequisites for moving Recovery Services vault.

Another way would be to migrate the whole subscription to the new tenant which. For more details, see see Transfer subscription to a different directory and Recovery Service vault FAQs. (Especially the answer to this question - "Can I move a subscription that contains a vault to a different Azure Active Directory?")
