No Show Deposit in the Exam registration

Question

Hello, I'm trying to make an exam appointment and I'm at checkout and it wants to take a "no show deposit" even though I have 100% voucher for MS-700. When I researched, I found out that it took such a deposit because I did not take an exam I registered for. When I go to my certification profile and look at past exams, I can see the exams I have taken and passed and those I have failed. However, I cannot see the exams I have not taken. Microsoft documents say that after 180 days from the date of the exam I did not take, the no show deposit will be removed from my system. Where can I find out the date of the exam I did not take?
