Can I find an account certified by that student's email?

Question

I lost my authentication account for azure students.
I don't remember what account I used to get student certification from Azure.
I want to know the account that was certified as a student, is there a way? If you try to get a student certification from another account, you can't process it because it says you've already been certified. How can I deal with this?
