Outlook web addin is displayed two times in new windows outlook.
Add in showing two times are used recently by user.
Add in showing only one time is not used recently.

Hi,
Is this issue for mulitple people? If so, check if the publish of the addin is correctly configured.
Check what Addins are activated in the outlook client, try to create a new Outlook profile.
Restart Outlook and check again. If issue presists repair or reinstall Office.

My addin was enabled. I also tried multiple restarting outlook. Both add-in are working. Both add-in are same but I see two icons for single addin.

What do you mean about "Web addin"?
As i know, Web add-ins (Integrations built on Outlook using COM integration) is available in New Outlook for Windows.

My addin is working. I see two icons for same addin. I enbled other third party addin and I can see two icons for other addins also.

It's suggested that you could remove the add-in and re-add it to check if there're any differences.
I tried re-adding add-in but still I can see two icons for same addins.
