Azure OpenAI Limited Access

I recently submitted a request for a Limited Access Review to the AzureOpenAIService, but sadly, my request was rejected. I'm currently uncertain about the appropriate next steps, and hence I'm seeking assistance here.

The rejection reason given was "Unmanaged". Would anyone be able to clarify what "Unmanaged" implies in this context? Could it mean that I am not a customer under Microsoft's management?

Additionally, would anyone kindly guide me on how to become a managed customer of Microsoft? Would proceeding with registration from this link be the correct way forward? https://devicepartner.microsoft.com/en-US/mpn/partner/partnership

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

@naka As per the limited access FAQ MS is currently not accepting requests to become managed customer.

What is a managed customer? What if I don't know whether I'm a managed customer? Managed customers work with Microsoft account teams. We invite you to submit a registration form for the features you'd like to use, and we'll verify your eligibility for access. We are not able to accept requests to become a managed customer at this time.

Due to the demand of the Azure OpenAI Service there are restrictions currently on accessing the same. You can always reapply to check of they are able to accept more users as managed customers and you can also enroll in the partner program to access other MS products.
