Does all windows device installed with volume licensing (10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 64-bit), have same Product ID?

We have a supplier that provides us with all-in-one computers pre-installed with Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 64-bit. The issue is that all the computers delivered to us have the same product ID. According to my knowledge, the product ID is a unique identifier specific to each installation of Windows and is tied to the individual device and its license. However, our supplier claims that it's normal for Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 devices to have the same product ID. I'm not a Windows expert, so could you please verify, what our supplier claiming is true?
