Seeking assistance from the community, I find myself in a situation of utmost urgency. I am currently engrossed in an online seminar centered around Azure, only to realize that my careless deletion of resources has drained my budget completely. The predicament I face is truly unfavorable and undeniably stressful, exacerbated by the fact that I do not possess a credit card. This leaves me in dire need of exploring alternative payment methods or exploring the possibility of directly increasing the budget through the support channels. Applying for a credit card seems like a viable solution, but I fear the inevitable loss of valuable seminar content during the waiting period for its arrival. Exhaustively, I have scoured the depths of the internet in search of a viable workaround, but alas, my efforts have proven fruitless. At this crucial juncture, with a mountain of tasks to conquer, I implore the kind souls among you for any guidance or assistance you can offer. Your support would be immensely appreciated. Thank you, from the depths of my stressed-out soul.

based on the reference I found

Microsoft Azure does provide an alternative payment method via wire transfer. You can request to change your payment method to wire transfer through the Azure portal. However, this feature is only available for customers using Azure on behalf of a company, and you must pay all outstanding charges before switching to this method.
