virtual machine want start after executing a snapshot

Hello,
I did a snapshot of a virtual machine on Azure, after finishing the snapshot, the button Start is disabled. And, I did some troubleshooting and found this error message : "This virtual machine is stopped and is deallocated at the request of an authorized process or user." And I can't start anymore this VM. Anyone has this issue already? Thank you

Did you generalize the VM? Once a VM is generalized, the VM becomes inaccessible and the operation cannot be reversed.
If you ran sysprep inside the disk, you should be able to redeploy the vm from the customized generalized image.
Fi you didn't, I would just redeploy from the snapshot you took.

2023-05-28T12:05:43.26+00:00 Ok, if oyu arent sure then to me, all signs point to the vm being generalized before you took a snap.
I would follow the recommendations I listed above to get your vm recovered.
Let me know how you make out and if you need any further help.
