Now that I have my Powerapp built. How do I create a flow for it to go into the sharepoint list I created it for? What is the first step of the flow? Am I using a control or starting with create item in sharepoint list?

Do you want to trigger some action after that form is submitted?
I may not be explaining it correctly. When I submit my form in power apps, I want it to create a new Item in a SharePoint list with the information submitted in the form.
If you use out of the box form control it get submitted automatically
add a button
rename as submit
and in onclick property add submitform function
