visual studio installer crashing 0.5 seconds after opening

i am going insane my visual studio setup crashes right after opening i tried running as administrator as well still didnt work i searched whole internet and tried everything except formatting my laptop i installed visual studio before it never crashed also i see you guys want that vslog i have it and uploaded it to this website https://filebin.net/tega2elsiy3zji3x please check it and someone please help me i will try what you say thanks.

    Please try to delete the C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Temp folder.

    Then, move the Visual Studio bootstrapper file to another drive and run it as administrator.
