In case of crash, what is the behaviour of Microsoft product "Hanword HWP Document converter"

When "Hanword HWP Document converter for Microsoft Word" application crashes, I've following queries regarding the crash

  1. Does it prompt the user to send the crash logs?
  2. Does it ask the user to send the file data (which might have caused the crash) to be sent to Microsoft Server for fixing/debugging the issue as part of the log?
  3. If it sends these data to Microsoft servers then what is the Microsoft End-point where this data is sent?
