Hello,

I don't know the reason why the Microsoft-Exchange-ManagedAvailability/ThrottlingConfig log file was cleared unexpected by system account.

Is there any setting to control it?

Can you please advise?

Based on my research, this is the expected behavior which seems to be related to the default settings of this log. If you prefer clearing the logs manually, you can try selecting the highlighted option below via Event Viewer. But personally, I’d recommend just keep using the default configuration and leave it as it is.
