Microsoft Authenticator App

Question

I m project based company employ so i don't have a company or work email

my manager shared a folder with me about work

whenever i try to open it, it says enter email with whom it shared then it says type code from or in authenticator app

but i never get any notification about code nor i see any code in my app

how can i access that folder without auth app ?

i searched many posts it says only work emails get codes not the personal one.
