Deleted Outlook account off of the authenticator app, now I cant access the accounts, how do I get the accounts back?

I deleted the student Outlook/Canvas account off of the Microsoft Authenticator app, I supposed it would stop asking me for authentication during log ins and make the process more efficient, however, when I tried to log in to my accounts it still asked for authentication from the Authenticator app, which I can no longer provide since the accounts are not on the app anymore. I do not have a backup access, the only access I have is via the Authenticator app.

Kindly guide me on how to go about this situation and redeem the access to my student accounts.
