We have 4 hyper v cluster nodes with OS 2012 R2 and need to upgrade to latest version 2022.
Is it possbile to do it and what are the steps for it ?

Yes, it's possible. To upgrade the nodes of the WIndows Server 2012R2 failover cluster you can perform a rolling upgrade. Pleaer follow the steps described through here
