How to eliminate Windows in Vol 5 but keep Vol 7

Question

My startup shows Win 10 on Vol 7 and Win 10 on Vol 5. I want to eliminate Vol 5. But disk management only shows Disk 0 partitions 1 and 4 plus other drive letters. How do I find and delete Vol 5?
