Incompetence

When will Microsoft address its incompetence.

Why when resetting a password though the Authenticator app does it suggest I access a notification FROM THE AUTHENTICATOR APP?!?!?!

I have clearly signed in, accessed my account, and am at a screen that DOES NOT SHOW the access notifications.

If I exit the reset to view the notification, it cancels the process. To start again would trigger a new notification.

Does anyone at Microsoft test anything before implementing?

Why must I select tags, when you don’t have an “account” tag. INCOMPETENT!

    Hi,

It seems your MFA settings on the account is not set correctly, I will suggest you to raise a support case with your local IT service desk and share the link to reset the MFA so it aligns with your account - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/howto-mfa-userdevicesettings#manage-user-authentication-options

If the configuration is not set correctly or account is not setup as per the requirements this issue crops up and nothing to do with Microsoft as the product is widely used across organisations.
