Can someone explain to me why my question on Windows update is deleted?

The Windows on my PC is no longer accessible after an enforced Windows 10 update last month. Someone from the community support forum recommended this forum to me to address the access issue. I posted a question in this regard. When I tried to follow up on other advice, I saw my question was deleted citing a reason for "violating the community guideline". I had looked around this website but failed to find any community guidelines mentioned in the message after searching on this site. Can someone explain to me where the document is and how my question violates the guidelines?

That would be great if you can help.

After I bring up the Windows, I see the following messages:

    scanning for signal
no HDMI signal from your device
    turn to inactive mode

Let me know how to resolve this critical issue.

Sorry for the confusion. I will mark your reply as an answer.

I still want to know the reason my post was deleted and why someone believes my post violates the community guidelines if there is such guideline, and who has the administration right to delete others' posts. My first thought was whether someone wanted to cover up the Windows auto-update issue or not.
