We are trying to deploy the sql code script into SQL Database by using Azure DevOps yaml pipeline, but we are encountering connectivity issues to SQL db through pipeline and we are able to login by using Microsoft SSMS but not able to establish connection through pipeline.
Please find the error message " A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - An existing connection was forcibly closed by remote host)" .. When we checked microsoft documentation. It's say error related to TLS version. But SQL Server already have TLS 1.2 version
Kindly look into the issue, help me ASAP
First what are you trying to connect to? Is that a database on-prem, in an Azure VM or an Azure SQL Database?
Next, what means of authentication do you use? Windows authentication, SQL authentication? AAD?

We are trying to connect Azure SQL Server and authentication used is SQL Server Authentication and service principal. In both cases we are getting same error. But able to login through Microsoft SSMS with SQL Server authentication.
When we checked microsoft documentation. It's say error related to TLS version. But SQL Server already have TLS 1.2 version
That error can appear for a number of reasons.
But there is confusion what you are connecting to. You say "Azure SQL Server", but there is no such product. There is Azure SQL Database, there is Azure SQL Managed Instance, and you can run SQL Server in an Azure VM. Can you share the output of this query:
SELECT serverproperty('Edition'), serverproperty('EngineEdition'), @@version
Where is your DevOps pipeline running?
It's SQL Database only
The output SQL Azure 5 Microsoft SQL Azure (RTM) 12.0.2000.8
We using private pool deployment agents
In azure devops

First of all, there is not really any "team" here. This site is a peer-to-peer support forum.
Next, you have not shared a lot information about your setup, so it is difficult for people to point out exactly what is wrong. But Mohammed and Zoe has been kind to share links that could help you.
Myself, I don't know enough private pool agents in Azure to be able to say something useful.

Hi @Erland Sommarskog @ZoeHui-MSFT @Mohammed Thahif BK Thank you so much for support.. The issue has been resolved.. The Root cause the issue is TLS. We have changed the azure agent to windows hosted agent from private pool deployment(I am not aware about private pool deployment. I am new joined to team). In windows agents it using TLS1.2 version to connect with SQL Database

Root cause of the issue is TLS 1.2, We have the azure devops pool agent to window-latest agent from private pool agent so now windows agents using TLS 1.2 version to connect SQL database after that it working..
