I can obviously reduce the volume of the youtube video playing, but even when I set the volume to 1% on youtube's player - the volume is still significantly louder than any caller. It's almost like Teams needs a button to select if audio is coming from a MIC/LINE source similar to mixer input.

    Hi @UtauyoNASE

According to your description, I have the following questions to confirm with you:

    1. Do all attendees or specific users have such a problem?
    2. Does the web client have the same problem?
    3. Will there still be noise when you try to mute the system?

Audio quality will be based on the bandwidth of all parties joining the call/meeting, refer to this article to optimize your network:

Besides, if your computer is running a lot of applications, you may experience issues with sound quality, like lagging or cutting out. If this happens, closing other applications can help.
